Exercise, Not Extra Fries

This is one of my favourite protein bars of the moment, it packs a decent amount of protein (20g), fibre (11.4g) and is fortified with Vitamins B,C & E. It's also quite low in sugar (1.9g)

To top it all off it taste pretty damn good, it's like crushed up Oreos coated in dark chocolate. It is on the calorific side for a protein bar (208 cals), but I find the better tasting ones are.

If you're trying to boost your protein and you're not on too restrictive a diet then it's a good option.

They retail in Ireland around the 2.50 euros mark individually/ 30 euros for a box of 12 online and can be found in Tesco, Holland & Barrett,

Pros: Protein content; Fibre content; Taste; Low Sugar; Use only ethically sourced palm oil.

Cons: Pricier than some protein bars; Higher calorie than some protein bars
