UPDATE - Week 1 Day 2

2nd day of C25K is done and dusted, picked up a little bit of speed on my last few intervals too. Not entirely sure how I will get on in later weeks when the running time increases, and I might consider repeating 1 or 2 along the way to make sure I am not overdoing it. Taking a couple of days off before Day 3 so I can fit in my usual Strength Training. So will be back with an update at the weekend.

UPDATE - Week 1 Day 3

Day 3 done, I stupidly popped on some old knee supports just to try and cushion them a bit but they were a little on the tight side and did more harm than goods - oops - anyway I still managed to shave 30 seconds off my average lap time so not too bad of a day. Looking forward to Week 2, which I don't think will be too pressing, bit more concerned about Week 4 onwards, but sure I'll see how I get on.

UPDATE - Week 2, Day 3

So that is my Week 2 done, it was a mixed week, day one seemed fairly easy, day 2 was a struggle and day three was somewhere in the middle. I've improved my pace slightly and with that, my distance. I somehow found myself agreeing to take part in a colour fun run at the end of May, so I will be interested to see how much of it I can actually run - all going well I should be at the end of Week 7 by that point.

UPDATE - Week 3

I didn't complete the full week as I was away for the weekend and driving a lot. The first 2 days were not nearly as bad as I imagined, continued to improve pace and distance.
