Can maybe run - C25K Week 4 - and repeat

UPDATE- Week 4, Day 1
Oh my word - today was the first time I really struggled, I managed the first 3 segments ok 3min/5min/3min but my calves were too tight for the final run so I walked it. It's unfortunate but having missed the last day of Week 3 it was possible it was going to be a struggle. Onward & upward anyway, back to it Thursday, going to get plenty of stretching and walking in the next 2 days.
UPDATE - Week 4, Day 2
Struggled again, weather was warm and humid, legs were achy, managed the first 3 mins and the last 5 mins in full but the inbetween was just a couple of mins of running. Will see how I get on with Day 3 and if still struggling I will repeat Week 3, if I get through Day 3 I will just repeat Week 4.
UPDATE - Week 4, Day 3
Still struggling, the weather is still rotten, 90% humidity which seems to be making my joints all puffy, I managed to run about 2 and a half mins of each segment.
UPDATE - REPEAT - Week 3, Day 1
More of a struggle than the first time around, definitely putting the struggle down to the change in weather, but I completed it and kept my pace up. I definitely think I made the right decision in repeating both weeks, hoping to acclimatise to the weather and be ready for Week 4 next Tuesday.
UPDATE - REPEAT - Week 3, Day 2 & 3
Successfully completed both days, no major dramas and legs recovered well enough.
