January Countdown Challenge: Week 3 Review

Week 3

Kicked ass - Steps, sofa time, hydration, sleep, strength training, calorie count, running & relaxing

Could do better - Protein intake

Protein intake was good for the first half of the week, but in the run up to payday as I couldn't be too picky about macros with what I had left.

Needs a lot of work - Yoga

Still struggling not through lack of time, but through lack of motivation. Working on my routine to find a way to get it incorporated.
