Week 3 & 4 - December Goals - danger, danger Christmas temptations.

Double week review this post, I was away travelling between Christmas and New Year so didn't get a chance to update over Christmas Week.
I hit my steps well in Week 3 but with all the travelling over New Year week didn't do so well on Week 4 averaging closer to 8000.
Barely watched any TV except on the actual holiday days so my sofa time has reduced drastically.
I was a little dehydrated when I was away from home, because I don't have as easy access to drinks, whereas at home I have a massive stockpile of bottled water. Also got a couple of nights with less sleep than ideal amount.
Got some strength training and runs in on Christmas week but not over New Year. Could have been better if I remembered to pack my resistance bands.
My diary has been far from accurate over new year and I think I have gained probably around 2lbs of actual weight and around 5lbs of water weight. It's hard to say what my protein intake was over the new year as with eating out a lot whilst travelling a lot of my calories were quick added without macro breakdowns, I presume I was around 80-100g Protein per day.
Still it wasn't a terrible month overall, I have remained fairly active and haven't indulged to terribly. Full details of my December challenge here
