Week 4

Kicked ass - steps, sofa time, hydration, sleep, calorie count, running, relaxing & protein intake

Needs a lot of work - strength training, yoga

Continuing to work on these things, something to add for next month.

I've already reviewed my previous challenges to see what changes and improvements I can try and make for February.
