February Countdown Challenge

My Feb challenge didn't go so well, I didn't hit many of my goals but it wasn't a total waste of my efforts, I managed to get more into the habit of taking my vitamins and getting to bed earlier, which has improved my sleep pattern a little and I am doing more to relax in the evenings.

I have started my rowing training and need to find a new balance again between that, my running and strength training. I will be taking a week's break between my Feb & Mar challenges while I am on holiday in Reykjavik so will re-group, drop down to 10 goals for the month and try again.
