March Countdown Challenge

I have been so laxa-daisy lately with my blog - oops, definitely a something to bear in mind for my Positivity Board goals for April.

Anyhoo, February was a bit of a washout in terms of weight loss (1.2lbs down over the month - but hey better than nothing) and my Feb countdown challenge results weren't great, I just missed meeting a lot of my goals and had I put proper effort in, probably would have done much better. I have been sick for most of March with a viral infection which didn't impact my intentional exercise too badly but wreaked havoc on my diet as I couldn't really taste anything so was constantly wanting salty & sugary food, add to that some holiday gain from my time in Iceland and I am pretty much back to where I was at the start of the year, step counts were pretty low for earlier weeks in March too.

Positive notes - My protein intake is back on the rise, my calorie goal efforts have been better the last couple of weeks, I am feeling a lot stronger as a result of recently taking up rowing for a company team entry into a race (never rowed before in my life so it's been interesting) and also have been getting relatively decent sleep and fluid intake.

I have also for the first time in aaaaages managed to hit my yoga goal last week!
