Q1: Reviewing this year's goals
As it goes I'm doing better with some goals than others. But I have a plan to improve and that's what matters isn't it?

Lose another 30lbs by October
I will measure my success with continued daily and weekly weigh ins both on MyFitnessPal and HealthyWage
So far this isn't going as well as planned, I've gained 6.5lbs this year, rather than losing anything, my eye just hasn't been on the prize and I've found myself not putting in the effort needed.
I've reviewed my plan for achieving a deficit this week including switching to calorie cycling (1500 net calorie goal on Rest Days and 1800 net goal on Active days), ditching breakfast on Rest Days too help keep my calories lower on those days, increasing my NEAT (non exercise activity) and dropping exercise calorie intake to 70% of the calories shown by tracker. I have turned off Calorie Adjustments in MyFitnessPal and only have actual exercise transferring across which I'm manually adjusting to the 70%
I will review my plan again at the end of March and if I am still off-track to hit my October target, I'll drop the goal date back to December.
Weight Variance Jan: +4.0lbs Trendweight
Weight Variance Feb: +2.5lbs Trendweight
Calorie Variance: +385 cals per day
Build a little more muscle by the end of the year
I will measure my success with monthly measurements and progress pictures which I will upload to Instagram.
I've done a lot of pole dancing classes, however, I am finding they are interfering with meeting my other goals and I am not enjoying the strength aspect of them, the classes are fun, but the bruising and recovery is interfering with my rowing training and weights. So I've taken the decision to discontinue the subscription I have and just go if I have a quiet week on a pay as you go basis. I may take up the subscription again in the Summer after race training wraps up.
I installed a Pull Up bar at home and have started doing timed dead hangs as part of my upper body strength routines now.
Didn't stick to taking any progress pictures or measurements, so need to sort that out. Will take some this weekend, see where I stand.

Improve my cardio fitness
I will measure my success through tracking my cardio workouts and monitoring my resting heart rate/recovery ability which will be posted on my Non-Scale Goal thread on MyFitnessPal
Once I have used the last of my classes from my Pole Dancing subscription, I'll be switching Friday nights to running and strength training.
I bought a new bike in January as part of the Cycle to Work scheme and have started using that to get into work the days I have rowing practice. As I get more confident and the weather gets a little drier I will probably start using it a bit more.
Rowing training has started up again and I'm currently aiming for getting out twice per week, I've stuck to this except when I've been on holiday.
Average Resting Heart Rate Feb: 69 BPM
Average Resting Heart Rate Jan: 70 BPM
I also had a few non fitness/nutrition goals:
See more of the world and get more travel in
So far this year I've made it to Gran Canaria, I did a little more sight-seeing whilst there this time too and Prague/Brno in the Czech Republic last weekend. I'm off to Aarhus in Denmark next month and also have trips planned to London, Spain & Romania.
Read more books
I read 4 books in January and another in February so far.
Spend a little more time on my craft hobbies
Still working on this one.
