Diet Break Number 3

I head to a music festival every year, it's kind of become a tradition since 2011, this year was no exception. 4 days of camping, drinking games, food trucks, music and hanging out with my best pals. Calorie counting has to kind of go out the window, so it was the perfect opportunity to take a diet break, this isn't the first I've taken, I took one at Christmas 2016 and one in Easter earlier this year.

At this year's festival I made some slightly better choices to try and keep myself vaguely at maintenance and a varied macro split. I took some low calorie cheese, chilled protein latte drinks, edamame beans, almonds and cashews. I estimate that I ate around maintenance most days, by the time the alcohol was factored in - I used low calorie mixers and mostly drank spirits. I averaged around 10000 steps through heavy mud per day to keep myself fairly active.

My weight on my return was about 0.5kg up from the last weigh in I did before the festival, so I can't complain about that.
