Week 2 - December Goals - The festive period in full swing


The party season is upon us, and I am now in Week 2 of my countdown challenge, Week 1 went pretty well just found I needed to continue to improve on efforts with strength training and yoga.

Week 2 went pretty well on all counts, again I was a little over my calorie allowance window but nothing major.

Week 2 downfalls calorie goal a little over but have had christmas drinks and temptations to contend with so not going to be too hard on myself and again with the stretching/yoga fail, might start trying to do this at work on a lunchtime rather than leaving it until later in the day.
