I'm Still Here

I've been missing in action again for a little while, whilst I've been busy at work, so haven't had time to focus on the blogging, but have kept up my food logging and staying active.
I am still bouncing around the same few pounds, all my own fault, I haven't been as disciplined as I would have liked. I've now put my money where my mouth is with a HealthyWage bet to lose 30lbs by October 2019, that's an average weight loss rate of 0.4lbs per week, so should be plenty do-able.
Starting to increase rowing training again, so that should increase my TDEE a little more, just have to keep my hunger in check.
I've been kicking ass on most of my non-scale goals too and have kept up my monthly countdown challenges.
