It's Been A While
So it's a little while since I last checked in with you all, my last post was at the beginning of June. I have kinda taken my eye of the ball with my weight loss and gained about 5-6lbs over the 2 months.

So, the start of Autumn seemed to be as good a time as any to practice what I preach and start logging accurately, get myself a good balance of nutrition and eat in a deficit. I've kept my fitness levels pretty high throughout the Summer, so I just need to maintain that. I'd really like to get back down to around 215lbs by the start of Winter, I've also set myself a little rewards schedule for each 10lbs.
The great thing about so actively documenting my journey to date is that I can go back over everything, my food logs, my instagram posts and see what I was eating when I felt fully satiated and was losing without any problems.
I've still kept up doing my countdown challenges every month but haven't really pushed myself or taken my logging very seriously. So in the last week or so I've been trying to make a renewed effort to focus.
