Ingredients
- 200g Salted Butter
- 150g Caster Sugar
- 1 Terry's Chocolate Orange Milk Chocolate Variety
- 200g Ground Almonds
- 3 Large Eggs
- 50g Raw Cacao Powder
- 50g Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Celsius), line a square cake tin with grease-proof paper.
Using a heavy bottomed saucepan, melt the butter gently over a low heat, adding the chocolate orange when the butter starts to liquefy and stir in the sugar.
Once the chocolate orange has melted into the butter and the sugar is well mixed in, take the pan off the heat for around 5 mins, add the eggs one-by-one with the ground almonds and the raw cacao powder.
Stir in the chocolate chips, and when evenly distributed pour the mixture into the cake tin.
Bake for 20-25 mins, the mixture should still be a little gooey inside but crispy on the top, you can check the interior by using a sharp knife or a skewer. When you take the knife out it should have little mixture on it but the top should spring back instead of depressing/sinking.

Note: photos were made with chocolate candy rather than chocolate chips.
