Back on Track
It feels so good to be back on track with strength training again, I haven't gotten much running in on account of the rubbish weather but I did try to out running on a treadmill for the first time (I am not a fan) I managed about 15 minutes at 8km per hour but found it very boring so think I shall just have to man up and get out in the rain a couple of time a week. I have been sleeping a lot better recently since I started taking Magnesium supplements, whether it's the supplements or just a placebo affect I don't know, but whatever it is the better sleep is helping calm my appetite a bit.

Seemingly despite my increase in weight training, I didn't gain or maintain as I thought I might but actually lost a couple of pounds, goes to show weight loss really isn't predictable in the short term, there are far too many variables involved.
Libra (a weight trending app) seem to have me on track for getting to goal by around Mid-March 2018 at the moment. I can live with that.
I have a few more recipes to get up on the website, I will be adding them soon.
